The Tao (pronounced Dow) simply means "the way."

Lao Tzu, "the Old One", said the Tao that can be told of is not the True Tao.

In other words, in striving for Truth we cannot find it.

Only when we let go of grasping will we find

  Harmony

  Serenity

  Balance
