I have an extensive collection of Black Glass and Black Amethyst Glass representing over 30 years of professional collecting. This collection spans the period from the civil war to current, featuing the depression era. | 1676 | This Cat in a Basket: Cute and friendly with allot of character; this figure is 4 inches tall, 5 1/4 inches long and four inches wide. This item is in excellent condition. No defects, chips or cracks. The mold mark in the glass is Westmoreland located in the lid inside and bottom of the outside basket. Take a close look at the detail and you'll love it! This kitty all but purrs. |

| 384 | Imperial Glass Co made several unusual pieces of black Candlewick pattern. This pattern in the black was discontinued very early. Consequently not many pieces survived. The exact date of manufacture is unknown, but a good estimate would place it at c. 1930. The Cosmos flower design painted on this plate is in excellent condition as is the entire plate which shows virtually no wear. This 400/62E plate is 8 1/2 inches wide by 10 inches wide at the handles. This piece is rare! |

| 100 | This is a three piece luncheon set made by New Martinsville Glass Co. c 1930. The pattern is called Addie. Cup is 2 1/4 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches wide. Saucer is 5/8 inches tall and 5 1/2 inches in diameter. Lucheon plate is 3/4 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide. All three pieces have 12 points around the perimeter with ridges graduating toward the center ring. Saucer and plate have ground bottoms with some wear. No defects, chips or cracks. Perfect for your collection of one place setting per manufacturer. And priced to sell. |

| 1358 | Unique and unusual combination cigarette holder and ash tray with a vertical rib design some of which are trimmed with applied silver. Top trimming on holder of applied silver as well as ashtry rim. Four inches tall and the attached ash tray is 4 3/4 inches diameter. This item is in excellent condition including the applied silver.
