Types of Rentals

PERFORMANCE/PUBLIC:
Applies to a "theatrical" presentation using the stage and auditorium. This use is intended for an audience that either utilizes tickets or by a user who accounts for the number of public attendees (limited to auditorium capacity of 480). This category includes all forms of dramatic, musical, dance, athletic, lecture, film, slide show, or other presentations open to the general public.

NON-PERFORMANCE/PUBLIC:
Applies to a non-ticketed presentation (limited to auditorium capacity of 480) where attendance is limited to members of a particular group or a private event. This category includes receptions, seminars, conferences, etc., which requires minimal labor and stage equipment use.

COMMERCIAL:
Applies to any theater use by a for profit institute, agency, commercial promoter, business or other private enterprise.

COMMUNITY:
Applies to any use of the theater by an amateur, tax-exempt, not-for-profit community organization that is sponsoring a local or touring performance, film presentation, lecture/debate, etc.

Standard Rental Items

Theatre rental includes:

One Technical Supervisor: This person will not act as technician for a performance. If a technician is needed an additional charge may apply.

One Front of House Supervisor: If box office personnel is needed an additional charge may apply.

Black Drapes with black drape upstage. See Ground Plan.

Basic Stage Lighting: Single color wash and special center stage.

PA System: To include front of house speakers, one microphone with lectern, CD player.

$50 for each additional day that tickets are sold from box office
Technician $75 per performance
Upright Piano $25.00 per day plus cost of tuning
Follow Spot $50 per event
Fogger $75 per event
Cyclorama $150 per event
Stage Monitors $15 per event
Floor Microphones (4) $25 per event
Wireless Microphones (4) $75 per day of use
Prop or Furniture $5 per item
Set Pieces and other Special Effects As negotiated
Note: No Pyrotechnics are allowed at the little theatre. No exceptions.
