I have been a college and university senior administrator for over 20 years, newly relocated to New Mexico and initiating a consulting practice to assist non-profits with grant writing, report preparation, statistical presentations, policy manual development, emergency management plans, accrediting agency reports, planning processes, budget development, publications and brochure development and prospect research. Exceptional skill in achieving consensus in groups, organizing data and articulating needs of individuals and groups. Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to work on projects large and small.

Extensive work with widely diverse populations, including large Hispanic student population. Developed materials for and conducted student leadership training workshops. Developed emergency planning documents, strategic planning documents, handbooks, policy statements, leadership training materials. Supervised personnel, budgeting, planning and operations for residence life, athletics, fitness center, residence halls, counseling, discipline, campus ministry, student activities, security, institutional research, and health center. Responsible for all aspects of out-of classroom student experience. Designed and created special events.
