EXCELLENCE IN CHARITABLE GIFT PLANNING AWARD 2003
Albuquerque Community Foundation recently announced its first Excellence in Charitable Gift Planning Award. The award was presented to Thomas Blueher, Esq. at the Community Foundation’s Annual Grant Awards Luncheon in October. Tom is an attorney with the Vogel, Campbell, Hoffman & Blueher Law Firm.
This award recognizes professionals who have promoted charitable giving and offered creative gift and estate planning options to their clients in furtherance of philanthropy. “The Community Foundation facilitates the philanthropy of donors to enhance the quality of life in our community," states Mr. Blueher.
In honor of this award, a $4,500 grant in Tom’s name was made to the South Valley Academy Charter School for the Literacy Crew, a community service-learning program for freshmen students serving as one-on-one reading tutors for struggling elementary school students
