- Separate Named Funds are established with a specific contribution minimum or pledge (payable over a designated time period).
- Contributions can also be made to any existing Organization Endowment Funds held within the Foundation at any time.
- Donors may make an Unrestricted Gift of any amount to Albuquerque Community Foundation, providing important support for the Foundation’s mission to serve our community through grantmaking, education, and promotion of charitable giving.
- Donors to the Foundation have the option of remaining anonymous.
To insure maximum and efficient use of funds received, the Foundation is administered in a streamlined manner. The Foundation has a small, highly experienced staff. Investments are handled by professional managers with the oversight of the Foundation’s Investment Committee. To maximize the effect of donations, only about 1.5% of the Foundation’s assets goes to investment and administrative costs. Foundation trustees and staff are available to meet with donors and their legal and financial advisors to discuss planned giving.
