Our Policy

We do not condone or allow unsolicited bulk email from our mail servers, or to advertise a site that resides on our servers. Sending out bulk, unsolicited email will result in account termination.

Reporting Bulk E-mail

Feel free to report unsolicited bulk email you receive. If we see the repeated instantances of a company spamming our customers we will contact them. If they persist we'll block their access to our mail servers.

What we need when you report spam

It's important for us to see the complete header information of any email that you want to report. Spammers often forge parts of the header pretending to send from innocent companies that have nothing to do with the spam.

How to display headers

Eudora - Press the button labeled "blah, blah, blah" to display the header information then forward it to us.
Microsoft Outlook - Select the message whose headers you wish to see. While it is selected, hold down the ALT key and press Enter. This will pull up a message properties screen. The second tab--'Details'--will list the full headers. Now you need to cut & paste the entire message from this window. Click the "Message Source" button at the bottom of the window. This will bring up a third window, this displaying the message with full headers. Right-click once on this new message and choose "Select all". This will select the whole text. Then right-click again and choose "Copy".
Netscape (versions 2 and 3) - While viewing a mail message select Options-->Show Headers and hit "All"
Netscape (version 4) - While viewing a mail message select View-->Headers and hit "All"
