SWCP/Qwest DSL Service

The lowest cost residential broadband access option is Qwest DSL. It uses an existing phone line to your home. Qwest bills you directly on your phone bill for the DSL line charges. SWCP bills you for the Internet access portion of the service. This service is available on a month-to-month basis.
