SWCP/Qwest Business DSL Service

The lowest cost business broadband access option is Qwest DSL. It uses an existing Qwest phone line to your business. Qwest bills you directly on your phone bill for the DSL line charges. SWCP bills you for the Internet access portion of the service. This service is available on a month-to-month basis, with discounts from Qwest if you commit to a 1-, 2-, or 3-year term.

About Term Discounts: If you commit to a term with Qwest, you are locked in for the length of that term. If you cancel DSL service, change ISPs, or reduce speed, there is an early termination penalty based on the term you selected: $100, $200, or $300 for the 1-, 2-, or 3-year terms, respectively. These term discounts and pentalties are billed by Qwest, not SWCP.
