Billing Policies
- Southwest Cyberport charges a monthly fee for a block of
hours, and an hourly rate for hours over that amount.
New customers pay a
sign-up fee in advance.

[*] A "B-channel" hour is one hour of usage of one 64kbit
B-channel.
If you use a 128kbit connection, you're charged $0.40/hr.
- Hours not used from the allotment do not carry over to the
next month.
- Customers are billed for each month on the first day of that
month. The bill will be for the customer's monthly rate plus any
excess time used past the allotment for the previous month.
Payment is due on the last day of the month in which the bill is
sent. If payment is not received due date, a second notice will
be mailed and a 5% late fee due. If payment is not received by
the 15th day of the following month, the account will be
suspended. The account may be re-activated following payment of
all past-due fees and a $15 re-instatement fee.
- Customers may access SWCP's computer system any time of the
day or night. There is no daily cap on connect time. Customers
may request a change in their Pricing Plan up to once per month.
Requests take effect at the beginning of the following month.
