ABQ Communications Corporation--Backgrounder

ABQ COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION......was created in 1978 by Nels Winkless and a handful of associates with a variety of skills. The company has dealt often with technology and concepts so far from the current mainstream that they are virtually incomprehensible, even offensive to the experts whose fields are affected by them. For these many years, ABQ Communications Corporation has been doing major and minor business communications chores... producing videos, writing and placing ads, writing papers, letters, speeches, proposals, reports, newsletters, and (sigh) manuals.

We've lately tapered off the major projects, but keep a hand in, taking on assignments and consulting. Readers of The ABQ Correspondent have noted our knack for compressing big topics into a paragraph or two designed to stir interest. Shorter is harder, and we've hard experience aplenty.

NELSON WINKLESS is a writer and consultant, providing business communications services, usually to young companies trying to establish new products or technologies, or entering unfamiliar areas of activity. He usually works on specific assignments, on an hourly or daily rate, often helping the client choose suppliers who will take over the work as its volume grows.
