Business Broadband Internet Access
There are several alternatives available for connecting your business to the Internet. They vary in cost, reliability, bandwidth, and availability at specific locations. Most of these services require a minimum one-year contract. Charges consist of one-time installation and equipment charges and recurring monthly service charges.
SWCP/Qwest Business DSL The lowest cost broadband connection is DSL. Regular DSL connection speeds vary according to how far you are from the Qwest Central Office that serves your location. In some cases you may be too far away to get service at all or you may not be able to get the speed you need. A pre-qualification will give an indication of what kind of service you can get, but in some cases we won't know what service you can receive until after an order is placed and installion is attempted. DSL is a full-time connection, allowing unlimiited use up to specific speed for a fixed price. Installation is generally two weeks after order.

Wireless Internet with SWCP Direct SWCP Direct is a high speed wireless service available in select areas of Albuquerque. It involves mounting an antenna on your roof, with a wire running to an indoor router. SWCP Direct can reach speeds up to 1Mb, and is suitable for heavy usage servers. To install the service, your location must have "line of sight" visibility to one of our SWCP Direct antennas in Albuqueruque.

T1 Service For customers that require the highest throughput and service reliability, T1 service may be appropriate. T1 service is more expensive than other connectivity options, but thesee connections get the fastest service restoration time if a problem occurs on the circuit. T1 service is a full-time connection and dedicated or measured service options are available. Installation is usually three weeks after order.
