Southwest Cyberport offers three types of dedicated line service depending on your needs:

Dedicated Dial-Up IP

Service: We supply a dedicated telephone line (i.e. a phone number that is never busy), a dedicated port on our terminal server, and a 56K dial-in modem (V.92). You or your company can connect at any time of the day or remain connected with PPP 24 hours per day. You get your own ip address and people on the Internet will be able to FTP, SSH or telnet directly to your system. This service is perfect for companies which need 24-hour access to the Internet or the capability of hosting their own FTP site, but cannot justify the high cost of a digital circuit connection.

Price: $110/month, with a $20 sign-up fee. There are no connect-time charges.

Dedicated 64K ISDN

Service: Same as Dedicated Dial-Up IP, but using one B channel with an ISDN terminal Adapter.

Price: $100/month, with a $20 sign-up fee. There are no connect-time charges.

Dedicated 128K ISDN

Service: Same as Dedicated 64K ISDN, but using two B channels with an ISDN terminal Adapter.

Price: $175/month, with a $20 sign-up fee. There are no connect-time charges. 

DSL

DSL may be a cost-effect alternative to dedicated lines.
