I spent three years as a professional (read paid) book reviewer for a secular print magazine with international circulation that specializes in reviewing books for female readers. The mag reviews anything from erotica to paranormals. When I started with the magazine, the "inspirational" section was a single page long. When my gig ended, the inspies took up anywhere from three to five pages and reviewed all genres of Christian fiction with cross-gender appeal.
My reading tastes are eclectic, though I gravitate toward adventure fiction of any kind suspense, fantasy, thrillers, etc. My reviews on this site are a diverse sampling of the better books I read during my reviewing job. Why bother repeating the more negative reviews?
I have a web site at: www.jillelizabethnelson.com where you can find out about the series of romantic suspense I've written for Multnomah Publishers. You can email me through the site contact page.
