Application for .xxx Defensive Registration

If you are a Southwest Cyberport customer, we can help you apply for a .xxx blocking registration during the Sunrise period, September 7 – October 7 2011.

Important Notes:

• Application for a blocking registration costs $240 one-time. Application fees are not refundable, even if the application is denied.
• You may only apply to block a name that exactly matches your Trademark, with optional hyphens in the place of spaces. For example, if you own the mark “Super Lunchboxes, Inc.” you can block “superlunchboxesinc.xxx” or “super-lunchboxes-inc.xxx”, but not “superlunchboxes.xxx” or “sli.xxx”.
