Jennifer Peterson

Jennifer Peterson is a media designer specializing in web and interactive design. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.S. in Film and Video with an emphasis on Animation. Before combining forces with Peterson Design Studio, Jennifer created designs for companies such as Amway, American Seating, Meijer and Roche Pharmaceuticals.

Jennifer's work has been honored with the following awards: SILVER AXIEM? (Absolute eXellence In Electronic Media?) for Meijer "Grocery Door To Floor" (2000); Honorable Mention at Festival (1996) for "The Magic Shoes," a children's animated short; and honored with creating the Opening Ceremony Animation for the National Science Olympiad Competition (1998), viewed by over 5,000 high school and middle school participants and their parents.

Jennifer has volunteered regularly for ASIFA Central and was the editor of the ASIFA Central quarterly publication Frame By Frame from 1997-2003. She currently serves as a board member and web designer for ASIFA Central
