Green Chili Stew

Boil 3 cups of water
Peel and chop two large tomatoes
Peel two potatoes and boil for 10 minutes to soften
Remove potatoes, and chop
Add two bullion cubes to remaining water

1 med onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Sautee
Add 1 lb ground beef and brown

Combine all ingredients plus:
1 - 1 1/2 c. chopped green chilis
2 tbsp cumin
salt

Simmer for 20 minutes and serve
